> BigChange adds Recently Viewed and boosts JobWatch VoIP integration

Leeds, 24 November 2020 – BigChange has introduced two new pieces of functionality to JobWatch that will help customers to work more efficiently.

BigChange has made it easier to navigate JobWatch by adding a simple but powerful new feature: Recently Viewed.

With just a single click, users of JobWatch can access a list of the last 15 items they viewed, allowing easy and immediate access back to their most recent Jobs, Contacts, Contracts and other items.

BigChange has also improved the way JobWatch integrates with VoIP internet telephone systems, so that customers can instantly see the information they have about incoming callers.

Calls made to JobWatch users can now be integrated with their CRM systems, so customers can see any information they have about the caller.

This includes any notes made on the caller, recent jobs, as well as custom additional information.

In a new development, any accounts put on stop will display a large red banner which shows who put it on stop, the reason and the date the decision was taken.
