BIGCHANGE ONBOARDING

Our remote onboarding and configuration package is designed to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Our highly skilled Onboarding team will help and guide you during this process using both their industry best practice and system knowledge. Collaborative, expert-led deployment will give you the right start for success. Our team, working in partnership with yours, will:

Train you to set up and use the system
Identity the best way to configure the system
Assist you in importing existing data

EXPERT INSTALLATION

When it comes to installing your vehicle telematics hardware, tablets and cradles, you can rely on our accredited engineers and auto-electricians. With a team of around 50 engineers and precision planning from our own JobWatch system, we carry out installations and refits while minimising downtime for your business.

We’ve installed BigChange in fleets of up to 1,000 vehicles, without disruption to their business.

EXPERT SUPPORT

During onboarding, you’ll have the dedicated support of an Onboarding Manager, who provides training and advice; and a Support Manager, who will co-ordinate your set-up and answer all those ‘How do I?’ queries.

EXPERT TRAINING

We’ll make sure your team are confident of getting the best out of JobWatch, with webinars to demonstrate the system features and train you to use them effectively. Our training isn’t just for system administrators, it also covers daily workflows for your office team. Plus, we’ll get your field team up to speed on using the mobile workforce app.

Not techy? No problem. We use everyday language and train at your pace, so you’re in control. These sessions are recorded for play-back at any time.
