Viewing a file on a job
The BigChange File Library gives you the freedom to share documents between your office and field team – as well as the control to choose who sees each file. You can upload whatever documents you need, including company policies, trade body certificates, user or installation guides for parts and equipment or site specific documents. But what makes our library really different is that you can display a file as part of a job and JobWatch will automatically save the date and time it was viewed, making it perfect for documents such as Risk Assessments.
SIGNATURE AND PHOTO CAPTURE WITH CONTACTLESS NO-TOUCH OPTION
Capture proof of deliveries and collections with ease. As well as signature captured, any damage can be recorded and photographed, which will appear on the completed job card. BigChange has also introduced contactless ‘no-touch’ signatures that provide extra hygiene. It allows your drivers to get proof of service, without the customer needing to physically touch the Drivers smartphone or tablet.
